Rhino Bags warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months after date of original retail purchase. Rhino Bags’ warranty extends to the original owner and Rhino Bags’ obligation from this warranty is limited, at its option, to repairing or replacing the defective product. The warranty excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse or neglect. Once the product is returned to us, we will assess the defect/fault and whether it is covered under warranty.
